What's included in the free plan?
The free plan gives you up to 3 workspaces with 5 terminals each, all terminal features, all AI agent integrations, and all themes. Git worktree diff viewer and Git diff editing are Pro and Team features.
What's the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is for individual developers and includes 3 machine activations. Team is for organizations and adds per-seat machine activations, a team management dashboard, and centralized billing.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Both billing cycles include the exact same features. Annual plans save you about 18% compared to paying monthly. You can switch between plans at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After canceling, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens after I subscribe?
You'll receive a license key by email immediately. Use this key to activate Vertical on your machine. You can also view and manage your license from your account dashboard.
Can I add more seats later?
Yes! You can add or remove seats at any time from your team dashboard. Billing adjusts automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support and we'll take a look.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
